My name is William J. Longley and I run a consultant business, which has branches all over the US, with its head office in Los Gatos, California. We have been running this business quite well for the past 12 years. But managing information hasn’t been as smoother as running the business itself.

It was a consultant firm and we had to maintain quite a lot of records and documents that had to be shared between our corporate offices. This was until we came across “Easy document management”, a concern that has this specially designed software called the EDM, to make file sharing easier than ever before.

Easy Document Manager helps you to share files, move files from one department to another, edit files and replace it and basically work for your office from anywhere in the world. Check out www.easydocmgmt.com and see the features they offer. Frankly I have seen many Document management and work flow processes, but this is the only one, which is very easy to follow, and does not thrust a lot of technical jargon at your face.
